  Worse experience ever. If I could could rate zero I would. Took my iPad in to have charging port replaced, they broke the speakers, had to take it back. Then when I got it back again the underneath of the screen was filthy and it would randomly turn off. They kept it for 2 more weeks...terrible customer service and terrible/no communication on their part. Got it back and have nothing but problems!! Have left SEVERAL messages and NO return call. Went in and owner saw me coming and went to the back of the store and had employee say he was gone!!! Finally gave up and took it to the place I should have gone to begin with and now I'm paying over $140 to fix THEIR mistakes that they will NOT OWN UP TO...they completely ruined the screen and I still have a bad charging port!!!! So pissed off!!!
