  The Employees here are always snooty, every time I go in this store I feel like I am not welcome here. Never do they greet you as you come in and they never ask if they see you looking around if there is something they can help you find. This last trip in, I found something I knew my husband would love and I had at this time a 20% off coupon, unfortunately, the only one they had was broken ? cracked, so I asked the store customer service if they would discount it above the 20% off and she said no, that because it is broken she is only allowed to offer discount of 10%. Didn't make any sense to me but in the end I only got the 10% off a broken item when I had a 20% off coupon? Strange math there! for the good of this though I was able to glue the item at home and make it look new again and the husband was happy with it!

  Most of my trips there have been fair to good today however three employees stood around 1 display one guy two women while the guy flirted with one woman to the point where she was turning red and people are wandering around looking for help the whole time. I finally found what I was in there for after about 15 minutes I then went to stand in line to check out the only check out lines that were open was the customer service counter. None of the registers we're open after standing in line for about 5 minutes one of the three who were playing grab-ass finally decided to open up one of the registers and then after that one was opened another one of the three playing grab-ass decided to open up a second register the line must have got back all the way to where there were standing. Apparently the manager must have been off today or the manager was one of the three flirting with each other.
