  When I first walked-in the store, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted. When I made way to the desk, Brooklyn walked from behind the desk, shook my hand, and introduced herself to me. I mentioned to her that I'm new to this and wasn't entirely sure on how the process begins. She was so understanding and said that sometimes it can be a bit difficult to understand exactly everything. She made it extremely easy to understand how payments work, how they're broken down into what you're paying for, and showed me the 120 (I believe it's 120, if I'm not mistaking) day same as cash. She asked what I was interested in. I.E. electronics, furniture, etc. After I mentioned what I would like, and so for my girlfriend, she got an application to see my spending limit. She was quick to filling it out, got me approved, and got the stuff I asked for. If anyone is looking for a place to rent-to-own, then you guys NEED to visit Buddy's! And if you can, ask for Brooklyn!! Thank you for the best customer service I have EVER experienced.
