  I was in need of a new pillow top king mattress, and I found what I was looking for at Mattress Depot USA. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and did not pressure us. We ended up getting the mattress, two gel-cooled pillows, and the terry cloth sheet protector. The delivery and pickup went very smoothly as well. Our mattress and pillows are very comfortable and we're very happy with our purchase. The only issue I had (and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) was that after everything was delivered, I took another look at my receipt and realized that they had overcharged me for the pickup of my old mattress. Pickup for each item is supposed to be $15 per piece, and since I had two boxsprings and my old mattress, the total should have been $45. Instead they charged $45 per piece, for a total of $135. They were happy to refund it but I was a little upset that if I hadn't noticed this myself, I would have been overcharged by $90. Anyway, when I returned to the store to have them refund the overcharge to my credit card, there was a man knocking at their back door to deliver something. The customer service rep at the front desk made a friendly joke as he went to answer the door, saying "We don't want any Girl Scout cookies!" The delivery guy responded with "Oh, Girl Scouts? You got any of those? Oh I guess I could get in trouble for that." Um... Girl Scouts are like 6 years old, could you not be gross? I was really annoyed by this comment but at this point was just ready to get the refund and head out. It's a shame this tainted an otherwise positive experience. Mr. Delivery Guy should probably get a talking-to about "hey maybe we shouldn't talk about preying on little girls in front of the customers, or at all."
