  Went in already knowing what I wanted in an over the range microwave. Kevin was extremely helpful/knowledgeable and knew exactly which microwave to point us to right off the bat. Good prices, unit was in stock and ready to go so we didn't have to pay or wait for shipping. Awesome service!

  When I was new to the area I need help with some appliance issues. When I called McKinney's Appliance Center they were extremely friendly - took the time to welcome me to the area - and helped me resolve all of my issues even though it was of little or no benefit to them. They will be my first stop for all my appliance needs and issues as long as I am in the area.

  I've been in here several times over the years and have always been greeted by friendly salesmen. They seem to be educated on the products that they carry and offer competitive service vs the other big name appliance stores. In terms of regular pricing, they always seem to be at a higher cost than your national stores ie Lowe's, home Depot, Best Buy, ect.... However if you can catch them on a weekend sale your bound to find a valuable deal. Also some salesman will offer discounts when buying multiple appliances at the same time, which may or may not be worth it for you, but it's a nice bonus if you are. They seem to be honest when giving you information and helping you pick out the right appliance, and I think that's pretty rare these days.
