  Went in this place yesterday morning. Picking up my usual lunch for later in the day. When I got to the counter to add my cigarettes to the order, the cashier was EXTREMELY impersonal and actually kinda rude. She would ask me a question and when I'd answer it, she would roll her eyes and act like she was doing ME a favor. Excuse me? I'm the customer here. She must have had a bad morning and needed someone to take it out on. I come in here almost every day and have no problems whatsoever. Just her whole demeanor and attitude makes me want to bypass this place and find a new place to pick up my lunch and cigarettes. Her attitude was poor and made me feel like walking out. Unfortunately, I was running late and decided to buy my stuff. Not anymore. Take my advice.... And steer clear. My advice to this place is to put people with attitudes like that where they can't make contact with customers. If you did, I would still be your customer. Makeup impeccable.... Attitude and demeanor... POOR! Work on your customer service and I MAY be back.

  Went in for lunch, ordered the fish basket with chowder and drink for both of us. The chowder was watered and had NO flavor, was thin just like water. When brought to their attention, they said that's just the way it is today. We asked for a refund for the soup,since we paid 3.00$ extra (each) for that and drink, but we were told they can't do that. But, the lady mgr said she would give us extra fish. Well, we got ONE, yes one piece of fish extra. Not one piece each, ONE PIECE!! So angry, I will not be back!!! I tried telling them at the front, all I was told was have a nice day. I am trying to find a contact # for someone higher up......
