  After a rough start with a very difficult sales representative, owner Byron Dixon contacted me. He informed me that he would do some coaching of his staff and offered to help me with my fireplace needs personally. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I sent him some pics of my fireplace and he went to work looking for a solution. He got back to me within 24 hours and informed me that I was in a unique situation but he could help. After moving in to a new house and trying to figure out how everything works can be frustrating. I needed answers so I could move forward with this project and I can't thank Byron enough for his help. I now know exactly what kind of fireplace I have and how to maintain it in the future. That's what customer service looks like!

  extremely nice and know what they are doing. The only problem is the gave us a remote that was used and the remote it self didn't have a back cover for the batteries. The remote worked fine for the first day, but then the next day the remote didn't work at all or "sync" with the fireplace. Other than that very hard working people
