  I have done business with them for years and they have been super amazing! But now they suck! I just bought a psvita and have not had it 24 hours and 2 of the buttons don't work and because I didn't not spend more money on the warranty they will not exchange or refund my money! So just giving you a heads up if you don't want to buy their warranty don't shop here I can't play my Vita so now in less the 24 hours I have wasted 140ish for a piece of junk! I I'll never do business with them again and I will tell all my friends and family not to go here!

  You have to give at least 1 star to make a comment otherwise I would give this place negative 5 stars!! Everyone goes through hard times and needs help but this place is NOT the place to get it! I could go on and on about my negative experiences with this place but other people have already commented on the same things I would write about so it's not just my personal opinion this place sucks! I spent time reading the comments on all of the other pawn shops and overall the comments were positive. You can't please everyone but Pawn Exchange can't seem to please even the small percentage of customers that took the time to write their comments. So my opinion is to take your business anywhere but here.
