  After seeing the sleep number bed on sale on their website, we wanted to come to our local store to see them in person. Not only was Ashley incredibly helpful with the questions we had she was also super patient with our 3 little girls. We were given plenty of time to lie down on the beds for an extended period of time without being interrupted by sales associates. When the time came for us to do our purchase transaction, one of the other associates offered our girls a little ball to play with to keep their attention while we were busy. The store wasn't very busy but every person who walked in was greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything. We were informed that our bed could take a couple weeks to arrive and we went about our way. Much to our surprise we got a shipping notification 3 days after purchase and our bed arrived the following day. Ashley called the day after the bed arrived to check in and see if we had any questions. We will certainly be back to this retailer who obviously has concern for their customers and values their product! Thanks sleep number & Ashley!

  The salesman, and Richard was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful in assisting my 85 year old mother in law to find a sleep system perfect for her needs. He gave her much attention & found an additional discount, this was quite impressive. Definitely worth going in to shop for just the perfect mattress/sleep system.
