  Was there with a 2 and a half hour issue and my support specialist never once lost his cool, or gave up. I wish I could pay him personally my next phone bill. Great place.

  Paid to UPGRADE in store over $350 dollars, was their for over 3 hours. She made 3 different cash transactions. Then got the next month bill they charged me again and also added $168 dollars on top of it for some insurance claim that never happened. The amount came to $900. So i go in to get it fixed and they did nothing to help said i only paid $ 120 that day and kicked me out of the store. To top that off their 611 reps do nothing to help but transfer you to other reps that do nothing for you. The store MANAGER would not give here name on top of that. March 21 was the day. And they would not prove anything about how they came up with the extra charges, the MANAGER claims the camera doesn't lie, jokes they are! Nice scam, really tight team of losers.
