  I have not used these services. But i was driving behind the owner, and he had cut me off. Then was going extremely slow, below the speed limit, and then preceded to flip me off. So I called the number and it went to his phone. And he continued to yell and cuss at me. So customer service this guys gets a 1 star. I wouldn't even call him if i needed. And the passenger was smoking in his company vehicle. Idk if they are this rude in traffic, I wouldn't want to see their customer service on an actual job site.
