  I was looking to upgrade my wife's ring for our anniversary. Every associate was very happy and friendly. They were not pushy at all and gave me space to just browse but they were still very attentive. All I had to do was look up from the case I was at and the sales associate, Dory, came over with a big smile to assist me. She was very personable and very friendly. She never onces tried to "sell" me on the rings. Instead she asked how I met my wife and how long we we've been together. She actually took the time to get to know me and my wife's story. I ended up getting a ring from her. Months later I went in to get matching earrings and there was Dory. She greeted me by name which blew me away. I could only imagine how many people she deals with in a day but she remembered me from months prior. Needless to say every time I go into Zales, she is the one I ask for.
